General objective and specific objectives
Vocational education and training play a crucial role in addressing several important aspects related to youth employment and improving their prospects in the job market. Vocational education significantly contributes to preventing youth unemployment by providing them with specific knowledge and skills directly applicable in certain industries, thereby enhancing their chances of employment upon completing their education. Additionally, innovative vocational education plays a key role in aligning education and training with the demands of the job market.
Specific objectives (SO) of the project are:
Specific Objective 1:
To establish a network that facilitates the exchange of exemplary practices among vocational education providers in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro with those in EU member states, Croatia and Slovenia, as well as fostering opportunities for intercultural cooperation.
Specific Objective 2:
Development and implementation of innovative programs for professors from vocational schools by leveraging modern digital technology and optimizing its potential among relevant participants.
Specific Objective 3:
To enhance teaching methods by developing innovative programs tailored to meet the specific needs of the labour market.
