Digital Skills for Modern Classrooms
As part of the Erasmus+ VETechConn project, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University “Džemal Bijedić” of Mostar successfully delivered the lifelong learning programme “Digital Competencies for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Education.”
A total of 20 participants successfully completed one or more specialized courses covering emerging digital technologies, including:
🔹 3D Modelling and CNC
🔹 Introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT)
🔹 3D Printing
🔹 Photogrammetry and 3D Scanning
🔹 Digitalization in Energy Management
Through these training programmes, teachers from vocational secondary schools strengthened their digital skills and enhanced their capacity to integrate innovative technologies into teaching and learning processes. The initiative also contributes to stronger cooperation between the education sector and industry, supporting the modernization of vocational education and training.
